Terms of use.
These terms govern your use of the PromeXion Labs website and the current PrivXion development preview. By using either, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or software.
Pre-release status: Optional website accounts are available separately from the extension. PrivXion does not yet offer paid checkout, subscription, trial, license activation, or a referral program. Any future paid offer will display its price, billing period, included license rights, activation limits, renewal terms, and refund terms before purchase.
1. Operator and contact
The website and PrivXion are operated under the PromeXion Labs name by an independent developer in the Philippines. Current merchant and contact information is published on the Merchant & Contact page.
2. Permitted use
You may use the website for lawful informational purposes and use a lawfully obtained PrivXion build according to the rights presented with that build. You must not interfere with the service, bypass access controls, misuse the software to access another person’s data, or falsely represent PromeXion Labs or PrivXion.
3. Software license and activation
PrivXion is proprietary software. A future purchase will grant only the personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right described at checkout. It will not transfer ownership of the software, branding, source code, or other intellectual property. Account, device, transfer, and reactivation limits will be shown before a paid offer is activated.
4. Privacy and local safeguards
PrivXion is designed to deter casual access to supported browser tabs. It is not full-disk encryption, an operating-system lock, or protection against a person who controls your Chrome profile or device. Review the Privacy Policy for the current data practices and security limits.
5. Payments and renewals
No live payment is currently accepted. If checkout is activated, PayMongo or another clearly identified payment provider may process the transaction. The checkout will state whether the purchase is one-time or recurring, the amount in Philippine pesos, the billing interval, trial conditions, renewal rules, and cancellation method.
6. Availability and changes
Features may change during development. We may suspend a preview, correct errors, or update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by the updated date and, where appropriate, a prominent notice.
7. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the website and development software are provided without a promise that they will always be available, error-free, or suitable for every purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer law.
8. Governing law and questions
These terms are governed by applicable Philippine law, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Questions may be sent to privxion.ext@gmail.com.
